Allow to simmer for five minutes then add 2 cups of white wine, three bay leaves one table spoon of fresh chopped basil, salt and pepper to taste simmer for two more minutes, then your finished.
This can be served with pasta ,either lingiene or fussili what ever type you want to use, you can cook some prawns and serve it with rice and Alfredo sauce or if you don't want too much carbohydrate you can saute some garden vegetable and serve it with the sauce, goodby until tomorrow
